Feb 14, 2020 The Erasmus Plus Grant Holders Meeting has taken place at the Mont des Arts in Brussels (Belgium) on 27-28 January, 2020. As one of the selected projects of the Erasmus Plus Capacity Building Higher Education (CBHE) 2019 call, the MYSUN project was invited to attend. Two representatives of MySUN, project coordinator Professor Nor Kamariah Nordin (UPM) and Associate Professor Mohd Rusllim Mohamed (UMP), participated in the meeting to get more information on the Grant Agreement and the management of the project. Prior to the meeting, the EACEA prepared series of video presentations on the operational management of the grant agreement and the financial rules applicable to CBHE grants, to ensure the effectiveness of the meeting. During the event in Brussels, the two MYSUN representatives actively participated in Conferences, Workshops, Hand Holding Session, Networking Session and notably a private session with the Project Officer assigned to the project for a constructive bilateral discussion about the project during the Helpdesk session. Among others, the five key elements of Erasmus Plus Project Implementation and Monitoring were emphasised as follows: Communication and dissemination strategy Visual identity – Erasmus Plus Logo and disclaimer Content Creation for visibility and impact Results sharing – Erasmus+ Project Results Platform Evaluation and communication activities The event also provided an opportunity to meet with two representatives from EU partners UA and UNIGE and begin discussing the upcoming Kick-off Meeting. Following to the Brussel’s Erasmus Plus Grant Holder Meeting, a session was held at Universiti Putra Malaysia on the 16th of February 2020 to share the information with the rest of the Malaysian MYSUN partners.
